Terms and Conditions

All orders are shipped from our warehouse via UPS ground service.
Other routing is available upon request. Terms are C.O.D., credit card, cashiers check, money order or company check upon credit approval.

Freight charges will be added to total invoice and C.O.D. shipments.

There are no return allowances offered by Brand Vending Products.
Defective merchandise and incorrect shipments may be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
To ensure proper handling, a return authorization number must be obtained through our customer service department. The return authorization must appear on all returned boxes and paperwork or the shipment will be refused. There will be a 20% restocking fee for all refused orders. Damages and shortages must be reported within 7 days receipt of merchandise with our customer service department. A $25.00 handling charge will be applied to all returned checks. Interest charges are 1.5% per month or 18% per annum on all past due accounts. The account agrees to pay all costs and/or legal fees that may be incurred due to the account being delinquent. Individual items and items in mixes are subject to change without notice. Substitute product will be of equal or greater value than photos shown in catalog.

Brand Vending’s products are manufactured and imported exclusively for distribution through bulk vending machines. It is Brand Vending’s policy to comply with all current product safety and labeling standards and laws as they are applicable to Bulk Vended products. Sales of Brand Vending’s products are not permitted in retail locations outside of a bulk vending machine. Brand Vending reserves the right to refuse shipment of any orders which it reasonably believes are intended for sale outside of bulk vending machines.
