Thank you for your interest in Brand Financial. An Equipment Lease Credit Application is available for you to fill out and return it to my attention. You may fax or mail it. You will need to talk to your Brand Vending Products Account Representative to determine the type, quantity and cost of the machines you’re interested in. Submission of this application in no way obligates you to purchase or lease the equipment. After your application is processed, you will be contacted by one of our financial partners. They will provide you with details of the type and costs of the programs that can be offered to you.  Our current guidelines only require a minimum equipment cost of $1,000 and a minimum term of 12 months.*

$1 BUYOUT  A $1 buyout program is always available.
It allows you to purchase the equipment for $1 at the end of your lease.** <!--[endif]-->

FAIR MARKET VALUE  At the end of the lease term the lessee can extend
the terms of the lease, return the equipment, or buy it at the fair market value.**

10% PURCHASE OPTION  At the end of the lease term the lessee can continue to lease
the equipment, return the equipment, or buy it at 10% of the original equipment cost.**
